Hurtwood Opening sequence(In studio)

Identity
In terms of the mise-en-scene, the colour and props are contributed to the genre of the film. For example, test tubes, beakers usually exist in a biochemical experiment. There are many extreme close up for visual purposes. Background music matches the genre of the moving images very well, fast rhythm and repeat particular chord make the music more"scientific". Also, the colours are saturated which can make people excited. Undeniably, the visual and sound effect is successful in this scene.
However, to be honest, there is nothing apart from close up. And there is no clue to show people what is going on and no narrative, it's probably would be difficult for the general audiences to understand and expect the plot.
